Chiropractic is a based on the belief that good health
depends upon a normally functioning nervous system.
The nervous system is contained within the spinal
column and is a key structure of the body.  Damage
to the spinal column can be a major cause of pain.

Chiropractic treatment involves adjusting the spine to
correct vertebral misalignment and imbalance.

Chiropractic treatments incorporate a variety of procedures depending on the type of injury being treated.

Some of these include:

    • Adjustments /Manual Manipulation
    • Ultrasound
    • Electrical Muscle Stimulation

Chiropractic care has been proven to bring relief from back pain and other problems
relating to the spine. The term "subluxation" refers to the bones in the spine
(vertebrae) which are not correctly aligned. This misalignment can be a major cause
of pain. The realignment process uses a combination of techniques including applied
pressure, and manual manipulation of the vertebrae and joints (called adjustments).
Using these techniques chiropractors are often able to relieve pressure and irritation

on the nerves and restore joint mobility.

Lifestyle, age, and other factors combine to make every person different. A treatment
that works well for one person may not work for another who has the same condition.

You treatment may require additional therapy options.

Physiotherapy is used to treat sprains/strains, muscles spasms, arthritis, and many
other back disorders. Physiotherapy is to help the patient build strength, flexibility,
and endurance. It may be combined with heat and cold therapy, ultrasound, electrical

muscle stimulating, and exercise as part of your program to return to good health.
